With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I have built a dynamic career centered on enhancing agent success and streamlining operations. Currently serving as the Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams, my team and I play a pivotal role in onboarding new agents, guiding them through the transition into their new systems, and setting them up for long-term success.

In addition to this role, I am the Concierge Director at My Leverage Solutions, where they lead a dedicated team in assisting both new and seasoned agents with transaction and pending coordination. This dual role allows me to leverage extensive experience to support agents in managing their business efficiently and effectively.

Rooted in a small-town background, I value family above all. When not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, including my two adult twin daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter. A passionate concertgoer and thrifting enthusiast, I embrace life with a blend of professional dedication and personal joy.
