Team Leader and CEO

Libby Johnson serves as the Team Leader and CEO of Keller Williams Indy Metro Partners, where she leads agent growth, productivity, and the overall direction of the brokerage. Licensed in real estate since 2016, Libby Johnson stepped into her leadership role in 2018, bringing a background in financial operations and business strategy. She holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from IU Indy and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

As Team Leader and CEO, Libby Johnson works alongside the leadership team to create a culture, service model, and support system that agents want to be part of. At her core, she serves as a business consultant, helping agents build businesses worth owning while focusing on both personal and professional growth.

Libby Johnson is known for her ability to connect agents with the right systems, tools, and people to support their goals. She works closely with agents to identify gaps, develop clear plans, and move their businesses forward with intention and purpose.

Her goal is to create meaningful impact by helping agents succeed, guided by a belief in servant leadership and success through others.

Outside of work, Libby Johnson is a proud mom of triplet daughters. She enjoys spending time at their activities, cheering them on, and making memories filled with music, laughter, and the occasional dance party. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, she’s often jokingly referred to as the “personality hire”—and you’ll likely hear her laughter down the hall. Libby Johnson is passionate about helping agents reach their goals while having fun along the way.
