Scott Smith serves as the State Broker (Managing Broker) for Keller Williams Indy Metro Partners in Indiana, where he is the designated broker responsible for brokerage oversight, compliance, and agent supervision across the organization. With decades of real estate experience and more than 6,000 personal sales, Scott Smith brings a deep level of expertise and leadership to his role.

Scott Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. His strong analytical and financial background enhances his ability to guide agents through both the technical and strategic aspects of the real estate business.

As State Broker, Scott Smith supports real estate agents throughout Indiana with transaction guidance, compliance oversight, and business growth strategies. He is known for helping agents successfully navigate complex situations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
