Stacy Sims serves as a Managing Broker (Agent Support & Operations) at Keller Williams Indy Metro Partners, where she supports agents through training, contract guidance, and day-to-day brokerage operations. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, she is a trusted resource for agents navigating transactions, compliance, and the complexities of the business.

As Managing Broker, Stacy works closely with agents to break down contracts and challenging situations in a way that is clear, practical, and easy to understand. She plays a key role in keeping transactions on track while also supporting agents across multiple offices through broker hotline calls and weekly strategy sessions.

Stacy is known for creating real-world training that agents can immediately apply to their business. She helps agents at all levels—from writing their first contract to navigating inspections, negotiations, and unexpected challenges—ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.

Her goal is to make real estate feel less overwhelming by providing consistent support, clear guidance, and a reliable resource agents can turn to at any time. Stacy is passionate about helping agents succeed without overcomplicating the process, making sure they always feel like they have someone in their corner.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife and mom of four adult children, including boy/girl twins, and loves relaxing with her husband, watching movies and binge-worthy series, and spending time outdoors with their dog.
